New Year, New International Affiliates

As 2016 kicked off with much momentum gathered from the success of the previous year, Sotheby’s International Realty brand proudly announced, in the first week of 2016, the new affiliates joining its global network present in over 60 countries and territories worldwide. Philip White, President and CEO of SIR Affiliates LLC welcomed Prominent Properties SIR and Jackson Hole SIR.

Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty, with 12 offices throughout Northern and Central New Jersey, has acquired Gold Coast Realty in Hoboken, New Jersey.  The acquisition of this firm expands the current Hoboken operation of Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty to two offices and 90 sales associates, under the leadership of Daniel Voehringer.

Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty with offices in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and Driggs, Idaho, and Sun Valley Sotheby’s International Realty in Ketchum, Idaho, have been acquired by Jeff and Olivia Hornig who currently own and operate Lakes Sotheby’s International Realty in Minnesota.  This acquisition strengthens the brand’s presence across the North and West United States. Donna Clinton will continue to lead the offices in Jackson Hole and Driggs, while Darlene Young will continue to lead the Ketchum office.

Malta SIR, as always, is pleased to learn about the brand’s expansion globally and looks forward to future collaboration with these firms in its efforts to expose properties represented by the brand locally around the world. The local office has already started the year positively and intends to make 2016 its best year yet, backed by the brand’s worldwide marketing program and the team’s effort.
